There are so many different tax forms out there it is hard to know which one is for you and which ones are not. Believe it or not but it is not so difficult to determine whether you qualify for the 1040EZ or some other form. That’s because all of the forms have the instructions and tax information printed on them to let tax filers know who qualifies and who doesn’t for particular forms. If you think you qualify for the form 1040EZ, the easiest way to find out is to read the instructions. If you still don’t understand, then go online and check out the form and see what it says. There is an FAQ you can read as well that will help you determine what tax forms are for you and which ones are not. For example, just because you filed a 1040A last year does not mean you will this year. If your status did not change this year at all then it is very likely you will file the same tax form unless there was some change in the forms. Taxes usually stay pretty much the same but new laws and legislation do come into play and can change what forms you file.
